Your ZVOX purchase is backed by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you find your ZVOX system doesn't suit your needs, email us asking for a Return Authorization number and return it to us within 30 days of your original purchase – in new condition with all boxes, packing materials and accessories. We will refund your entire purchase amount, including postage. Deductions from your refund may be made at our discretion if the returned product is not in new condition with all boxes, packing materials and accessories.

Sales And Delivery Policies
ZVOX products are available for sale from the zvox.com.au web site only to consumers in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. At this time we do not ship to any other countries. We ship via Courier or Australia Post. All prices are calculated in AUS dollars.

Where We Ship
ZVOX Audio ships anywhere in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Most in-stock orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of your order. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends may take slightly longer. When your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation via e-mail.

Return Shipping
Be sure to save all boxes and packing materials in case you need to return your equipment. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Before you return a product to us, please email us at sales@zvox.com.au to request a Return Authorization Number.
